We are seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join our Cloud Accounting team, managing your own portfolio of clients.

Our client is a well-established, medium tier firm with a strong presence in Liverpool. Servicing a range of clients from small to large businesses across the the Northwest.
Description
- Manage onboard and develop relationships with clients, providing quality financial advice.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and reports.
- Oversee and approve the bookkeeping and VAT returns that are prepared for by the team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction.
- Establish good client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to company strategy.
- Assist with the day to day workflow for the team
Profile
A successful Client Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Sound knowledge of Xero, Dext, Syft and other cloud software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
- Proven track record in managing a diverse client portfolio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Offer
