Client Services Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established accountancy firm for a Client Services Manager in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role where you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services. As the Client Services Manager, you will be central to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the growth of the business.Key Responsibilities include:* Manage a varied client portfolio, delivering excellent services* Collaborate with senior partners to drive the development and growth of the firm.* Provide accounting services such as bookkeeping, VAT, management accounts, and year-end accounts for SME clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.* Maintain a client-centric approach, striving for excellence in all client interactions.* Overseeing team performance* Monitor KPI's to ensure the firm's wider strategies and objectives are being met.* Monitor client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.

Skills required:We're looking for a motivated and analytical individual with the following skills and experience.* Strong experience in a client-facing role within professional services, ideally in an accountancy firm or similar.* ACA/ACCA qualification or QBE with a strong working knowledge of VAT and accounting standards.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.* Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.* Highly organised with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.* Knowledge of accountancy practices or financial services is desirable but not essential.
