Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to provide insightful financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, variance analysis, and identifying trends or opportunities for efficiency.
  • Monitor key financial metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to departmental heads and stakeholders, providing financial guidance and strategic insight.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to ensure finance is embedded in decision-making processes.
  • Deliver presentations and reports to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Contribute to project appraisals, including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment assessments.
  • Drive process improvements and assist in the implementation of financial systems enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent (with active progression towards full qualification).
  • Demonstrated experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to influence and challenge decisions.
