Are you a commercially driven finance professional looking for a role where you can truly influence business transformation? We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced environment, working closely with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and commercial decision-making.
Finance Business Partner Role
In this role, you will:
* Partner with stakeholders across the transformation programme and eCommerce teams, ensuring strategies are commercially sound and delivering against objectives.
* Support financial planning, including benchmarking efficiency savings, tracking benefits against business cases, and ensuring financial risks and opportunities are fully considered.
* Analyse eCommerce profitability, identifying unprofitable activity such as low-margin lines and promotions, and providing insight to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with operations teams to optimise fulfilment models and cost structures for online sales.
* Drive robust business cases, incorporating financial KPIs, capex, and opex, to measure performance effectively.
* Ensure financial impacts of projects are accurately reflected in forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
* Provide clear reporting on financial performance, benefit realisation, and programme risks to senior stakeholders.
* Enhance commercial awareness across non-financial teams, driving efficiencies and cost-effectiveness.

What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA accountant with strong commercial finance experience.
* Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, challenging and influencing decision-making.
* Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and benefit realisation tracking.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving efficiencies and optimising profitability.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
