This role is perfect for a finance professional who thrives on business partnering, loves getting into the detail, and is excited by the challenge of working across multiple teams to make a tangible impact. Whether you're a fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience, your ability to build relationships and drive financial performance will be key to your success.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive Performance Through Analysis: Use and monitor periodic management accounts, focusing on what really matters-driving performance and enhancing the financial information available to Operations.
  • Build Engaging Reports and Models: Develop Excel financial models that aren't just functional but easy to use, adaptable, and clear for key decision-makers. These models will be central to supporting key contracts.
  • Hands-On P&L Reviews: Perform regular P&L and contract performance reviews with operational leads, using financial and KPI reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help Shape Operational Efficiency: Dive deep into the financials to provide insights that enhance focus, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Take charge of periodic and long-term forecasting and budgeting.


What You'll Bring:

  • A Collaborative Mindset: Regularly connect with operational leads and the management team, helping them understand forecasting predictions, budgets, and financial performance in ways that make sense and drive action.
