Key Responsibilities:As Finance Business Partner you will partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and align financial goals with business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to combine financial planning, business partnering, and strategic responsibilities in a dynamic, impactful role.
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver actionable financial insights.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Own budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Drive profitability through cost management and pricing strategies.
- Provide financial analysis for strategic business decisions, including new product launches and market expansions.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve business processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Part Qualified/Finalist level CIMA/ACCA
- Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong Business Partnering and Management Accounts
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
