Castlefield Recruitment is seeking a Head of Finance for a Non-Profit organization in Liverpool on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The position requires reporting to the Director of Finance and involves producing and maintaining Management and Financial Accounts while managing a team of four.
Key responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, year-end coordination, budget management, and overseeing income claims and payroll data preparation.
Candidates should have relevant experience in finance and management, with a preference for those with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Castlefield Recruitment are currently partnering with a Non-Profit in Liverpool to recruit a Head of Finance on a 6 month fixed-term basis.

Reporting into the Director of Finance, you will be an integral figure in the production & maintenance of the Management & Financial Accounts, as well as managing a small team of 4 people.

Duties include:

Financial Planning and Reporting Including leading on the preparation of Management Accounts including balance sheet reconciliations
Year end co-ordination of year end close processes
Develop, monitor and manage the annual budget
Manage income claims via the portals
Support the payroll manager and prepare monthly payroll data
Manage the Finance team including Payroll, AP/AR, and Accountant
