Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and manage the legal cashier team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Oversee client accounts, including contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with legal accounting software and MS Office.
