Candidate Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in an accountancy practice
- Proven ability to manage a large and diverse client portfolio
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing a team

- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
