This Senior Finance Manager role will report directly into the no.1 in finance and will develop, implement and oversee all matters relating to P&L / management accounts activity. You will recruit and manage a team and have the opportunity to really "make your mark".

You'll join a growing industrial/manufacturing business at a time of exciting and positive change. The UK operations are based in Liverpool however the company has a global presence. You'll report into an impressive FD and be encouraged to bring ideas to the table on how to improve and streamline processes.
Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial reporting and budgeting.
- Oversee treasury, cash forecasting, AR and AP functions.
- Implement and monitor effective cost control measures.
- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management.
- Suggest areas for process improvement to increase efficiency.
- Develop long-term business plans based on reports.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally gained within a larger / complex business.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
- A salary in the region of £60,000 to £70,000, level dependent on experience.
