Are you an experienced or Qualified Nursery Practitioner/ EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for a EYFS school role?

North Livrpool area 

MILK Education are working in Partnership with a local primary school in the North Liverpool area of Liverpool who are looking for a experienced Nursery Nurses / EYFS teaching assistant to join their EYFS team and work in their pre-school class for 2.4 years olds and another role in Nusery class

The schools’ hours are Monday – Friday 8.630am-3.30pm and the school has a sensory and outdoor learning.

Previous experience working with children (Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar)

As a Nursery Practitioner/ EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Support children with Phonics in small groups and one to one – Full training will be given.
  • delivering high-quality activities and experiences that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.
  • Observing, assessing, and recording the children's progress and development using the EYFS framework
  • Supporting the children's social and emotional development and promoting positive behaviour
  • Following the EYFS policies and procedures and ensuring the health and safety of the children and staff

Non-negotiables:

  • Previous experience working with children (Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar)
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
  • Two suitable references covering the last 3 months + 
  • Offer drive, kindness, enthusiasm, imagination, and commitment.
