Call Centre Advisor - Liverpool City Centre Office Based
Salary up to £24k
We’re looking for people who can have great conversations over the phone with new clients. This isn’t cold calling, these are all conversations with current or interested clients who are seeking to claim compensation for being overcharged monies through no fault of their own.
The ideal candidate will be focused, like working to targets, have strong communication skills and a fabulous friendly telephone manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling or taking calls prospective clients at their request to take initial instructions
REQUIREMENTS
- Great verbal communication skills with a friendly and understanding telephone manner
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow direction
- Being self motivated
HOURS OF WORK (shift pattern)
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Week 2 - Monday to Friday 12pm - 8pm (except Fridays they will always be 9am-5pm)
- One Saturday in every 4
