About the Role
Reporting into the Manager, this role provides graduate recruitment support across a range of areas. Duties include:
- Planning, logistics and coordination of campus events
- Schedule programmes and manage calendar for workshops
- Support with creating materials and delivering presentations
- Coordinate with external suppliers
- Build relationships with universities
- Manage internship programmes
- Manage social media and website
- Submit expenses
- Ad-hoc administration
Job Requirements
You will have strong experience in administration or coordinating events, ideally within a professional services environment. You should have exposure to graduate recruitment and strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
