Miller Grace are currently working with a highly reputable firm on a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor in Liverpool. If you’re looking to head a successful department and continue fee earning, with full support from a Managing Director, this could be the opportunity for you!

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Law Society panel membership (either family, advanced family or child law)
  • More than 5 years PQE
  • Experience dealing with complex and highly sensitive matters relating to families and children.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A high level of interpersonal and client care skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, cohabitation, domestic violence, financial provision and matters involving children.
  • Preparation of court applications and trial bundles
  • Manage a mixed caseload of privately funded and legal aid family matters
