HR Assistant vacancy in Liverpool City Centre

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
  • Support HR Manager with HR functions and duties
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Manage starter and leaver administration
  • Issue offer letters and contracts to new starters
  • Monitor probationary periods, handle holiday/sickness reporting
  • Assist with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and reference requests
  • Coordinate induction days and manage pension scheme administration
  • Distribute and collate probation and performance reviews
Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior HR experience
  • Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Integrity in handling confidential matters
  • Commitment to supporting HR development
  • Educated to A-Level standard or with a CIPD foundation qualification
