Due to growth, a leading legal and insurance firm is recruiting a dedicated Complex and Catastrophic Injury Fee Earner/Solicitor to their team in Liverpool.
The role will be based in their Liverpool City Centre office on a hybrid basis and the successful solicitor/fee earner to manage litigation claims involving Large Loss with high value RTA Cases exceeding £250,000 to include indemnity disputes, liability and quantum.
The team specialises in representing major insurance clients in large loss claims following motor accidents including:
- Orthopaedic Injuries
- Chronic pain
- Brain Injuries
- Amputations
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a reputable team with quality, complex work from large insurers.
The ideal candidate will be:
- 2 years PQE in large loss/catastrophic injury claims
- Experience on handling a caseload of high value RTA multi-track claims
