Leasehold Officer – temporary role – 3 to 6 months.
City centre location – hybrid.
We currently seek an experienced Leasehold Officer for an immediate starting role. We require someone from either a housing or property background who is extremely knowledgeable leasehold legislation and processes.
Supporting your manager, you will provide administrative and support to the company leaseholders.
- Leasehold management, supporting clients with all aspects of their lease and any enquires.
- Legislation compliance, keep update to date with and ensure everything is fully compliant and all SLA are being upheld.
- Manage post-sale processes for new leaseholders, shared owners, and intermediate tenants, ensuring they understand the services provided and their responsibilities
- Support the sales team with handovers of new properties.
- Making sure necessary inspections are made and logged.
- All general administration support within the department.
We are only looking for people with vast experience dealing with leaseholds, wither you are experience in housing, property, conveyancing. You must be a good administrator, organised with a good proficiency in MS office.
This role is working hybrid and Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
£20.21ph plus holiday pay.
City centre location.
