Description

  • Management of leaseholder and shared ownership properties
  • Ensuring compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on leasehold matters
  • Preparing and presenting reports on property management activities
  • Overseeing service charge budgeting and expenditure
  • Handling leaseholder enquiries and resolving disputes
  • Contributing to the development of company policies and procedures relating to leasehold management

Profile

A successful Leasehold Officer should have:
