Description
- Management of leaseholder and shared ownership properties
- Ensuring compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on leasehold matters
- Preparing and presenting reports on property management activities
- Overseeing service charge budgeting and expenditure
- Handling leaseholder enquiries and resolving disputes
- Contributing to the development of company policies and procedures relating to leasehold management
Profile
A successful Leasehold Officer should have:
- Degree in Property Management or a related field
- Solid understanding of leasehold management and property law
- High-level communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
