Sales Negotiator

SALES NEGOTIATOR, Liverpool City Centre, up to £26k DOE

Our client is an independently owned, ambitious and growing Property organisation, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage inspections, book them in, carry them out and ensure that reports are sent to landlords in a timely manner
• Managing referrals
• Sales of properties
• Day-to-day running of property lettings/management portfolio in the Liverpool area
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and maintenance contractors via telephone and email
• Scheduling ongoing repairs and refurbishments of properties within portfolio
• Ensuring legal compliance
• Producing digital reports
• Creating and maintaining move-in and move-out inventories.
• Administering new and renewing tenancy agreements.

Skills required:

• Show agenuine interestedin the property industry and are looking foropportunities.
• Proven sales experience
• You are well-organised, respectful of your teammates, and work well under pressure.
