Trainee Paraplanner

This is an exciting position based in Liverpool City Centre for those with keen interested in developing their career within the financial services sector. The company will also consider graduates with a relatable degree (i.e. Economics, Wealth Management, Finance, Business, Investments) looking for further career advancement.

The Trainee Paraplanner will provide comprehensive support to a team of advisors who provide financial advice to their clients. You will develop by working alongside Paraplanners and Pension Specialists to provide comprehensive support to the advisory team.

The successful candidate will be trained up to become a Paraplanner with a long term opportunity to develop.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Paraplanner and Advisors
  • Assist in ensuring all client information and facts are up to date for analysis review to be undertaken
  • Prepare client reports
  • Liaising with other teams internally and externally
  • Ensure all paperwork is compliant within company guidelines

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Experience / keen interest within financial services
  • Thorough approach to work, with good attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate and numerate
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (desirable but not essential)
