We are excited to be supporting a growing Renewable Energy company, based in the heart of Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator and help support the SLT in a variety of daily tasks.

Your responsibilities would be, but not limited to:

  • Personal assistant duties, diary management, time organisation, travel needs, returning emails, telephone calls.
  • Internal and external stake holder management
  • Being the main point of contact in the office
  • Administration on day to day tasks for line management. Letters, forms, documentation organisation, reports, updating data and records ect..
  • Finance duties: Purchase ledger duties at a low levels, processing invoices, BACS, bank reconciliation ect..

Candidate:

  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to multi task and prioritise tasks
  • Highly organised
  • IT Literate – Microsoft, Excel and One Note
