The UNIQLO Liverpool store will have a sales floor of approximately 1,430 sq meters across 2 floors and is located in the heart of the city on Paradise Street, part of the prime retail complex, Liverpool ONE.

We are now assembling a team of high-quality casual clothing enthusiasts to offer our LifeWear collection with our signature customer service experience to the people in Liverpool. We are very much looking forward to welcoming your application and starting your Uniqlo journey with us!

Hours: Permanent contract for Full Time hours (37.5h per week)

Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings, overnights and weekends. Relocation may be required based on business needs.

What is your purpose?

  • Provide a consistent customer experience by maintaining exceptional brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

  • Partner with management to prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and new visual merchandising initiatives.

  • Partner with the store management team to monitor merchandise sell through and replenishment utilizing sales reports and KPIs.

  • Create visually appealing and brand appropriate store/window displays to drive sell through and react to the needs of the business in the store, taking customer demand into account

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the latest looks through dressing techniques

  • Implement the window changes in stores and update the interior dressings on a regular basis

  • Provide product and brand knowledge to employees and customers.

  • Support the store management team in optimizing store efficiency and customer service standards
