About the Role: We are looking for skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to join dynamic teams in urgent treatment centres and primary care settings across Liverpool. In this crucial role, you will provide high-quality clinical assessments and care to patients, ensuring they receive the right treatment at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and triage patients presenting with a range of urgent health concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective treatment pathways.
- Prioritize care for vulnerable populations, including elderly and palliative patients.
- Deliver care to children aged 2 years and older, ensuring a family-centered approach.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in emergency care and telephone triage.
