Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:         Community Safety Advisor / ASB Officer

Location:         Kirkby, Merseyside – Hybrid role (4 days home, 1 day office)   

Rate:               £22.88 p/h (Umbrella rate) 

Length:           10 weeks with potential of extension beyond this

Hours:             37 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Managing all ASB and domestic abuse cases, providing the required level of support to the customer to achieve the desired outcomes, working in partnership with the Advisor – Housing  
  • Delivering a person-centred advocacy model for community safety and signpost to specialist support
  • Managing day-to day relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Managing relationships with key partners including Police, Local Authorities and Legal Services
  • Representing the business at case conferences / as a professional witness for other agencies, including court
  • Ensuring that best practice and learning for dealing with cases of ASB and DV are brought back to the team and Group
