A college in the Greater Liverpool area is seeking an experienced and passionate lecturer to join their close knit community!
In this role, you will mentor and share your expertise with students, guiding them toward successful careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Electrical Installation (Delivering Level 2 2365 as well as working with Apprentices!
- Develop and implement lesson plans and schemes of work according to curriculum requirements.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Support students in exam and assessment preparation.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Teaching qualification
- Teaching experience in Electrical Installation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Details:
- Position Type: Permanent
- Working Days: Full-time only.
- Hours: 37 a week
