An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent Lettings Officer to oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless property management process in the Liverpool/Merseyside area.

Description

    • To provide a customer focused lettings services ensuring that there is a seamless service is always provided to customers.
    • To manage new enquiries via email, face to face, social media and telephone.
    • To have a working knowledge of all software and ICT systems within the branch and the wider Regenda group.
    • Be flexible and provide customers with a service that meets their needs, be empowered to do the right thing to resolve problems and take ownership of driving customer satisfaction and effective communication.
    • To process tenancy applications in line with company policies including reference and affordability, legislative requirements and coordinate move-ins with the residential management team.
    • To process payments including deposits and first month's rent in accordance with Company policies.
    • Work closely with the residential management team to ensure a positive transition from letting to management. Ensure collaborative working relating to scheme performance in relation to rents, void, turn around, and customer feedback at Exit interviews.
    • To carry out viewings on available properties, negotiate rent and provide arrange tenancy paperwork.
    • To ensure compliance with all relevant lettings and property management related legislations and regulations.
    • Work to team and individual targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.
    • Assist the lettings Manager with the marketing and letting of all available properties in line with KPI's and income targets.
    • To be responsible for generating leads and business generation.
    • Registering enquiries and arranging appointments for viewings and market appraisals in line with the office and individual targets and KPI's.

  • Aptitude for handling conflicts and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
