HR Manager Job Summary:

As the HR Manager, you'll have the exciting challenge of building our clients HR department. You'll be the driving force behind creating a workplace where our employees thrive and the company flourishes. This standalone role offers the freedom to make it your own, with the chance to implement innovative HR strategies that reflect their values and support their goals.

From managing day-to-day administrative tasks to developing long-term HR strategies, you'll be involved in every aspect of HR management. Your well-rounded knowledge of HR practices will be essential as you navigate employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and more.

The role is very generalist and encompasses all aspects of the employee life cycle from advertising vacancies, to issuing contracts to employee relations, TUPE etc.

HR Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs
  • Conduct training and development programs

HR Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities

This role will require occasional travel across our UK sites as and when required.
