HR Manager £50,000-£60,000 + packageMerseysideOur client is an award-winning family run construction business based in Merseyside. They support housing associations, outsourced service providers, insurers and domestic customers with emergency and planned repair and maintenance services. Over the last few years, they have secured significant year-on year growth with a significant increase in headcount corresponding with their success. Due to this growth, they have recently secured investment from a renowned Private Equity firm looking to provide further support and guidance during the next stage of their growth. As a result of this investment and their impressive growth they are currently seeking a generalist HR Manager to establish, professionalise and drive the HR functions of the business in line with the wider business strategy. As the HR Manager you will help to professionalise the HR function and ensure our client has the right people and processes in place to grow and scale the business. You will take responsibility for all people related matters and processes, delivering improvements identified through the due diligence process and tackling challenges such as talent management and regional expansion.Required skills and experience include but are not limited to:

  • Previous experience developing and implementing HR-processes within a start-up or scale up organisation.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to HR with evidence of business impact and achievements
  • Determine the future needs of the business and shape the HR function to deliver them
  • Generalist HR experience with the ability to take ownership for HR KPIs of the business.
