We are looking for a Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator to join our successful Industrial Recruitment team in Liverpool.As Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Client's requirements are met. Reporting to our Lead Industrial Consultant, you will be supporting them with the following:- Candidate sourcing (Advertising, Pre-Screening and Compliance)- Compliance checks (RTW Checks, Employment References and application forms)- Payroll (Adding candidates to the system, collecting data to send to Clients for authorisation, managing invoice queries and PO Numbers)Where and When?Our offices are based in the heart of the City Centre business district in L3. You will be working Monday, Tuesday & Friday 0800 - 1700.Ideally the right person would immediately available, however we appreciate that you may have to work a notice period.Desired experience:- Administration and telephone experience working within a busy office- Computer literate - confident in Microsoft Word and Excel (Full training will be provided for in house systems)- Attention to detail is key for this role as is the accuracy of information supplied to avoid payroll and invoicing errors- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. - Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as required. - Comfortable working in a pressurised environment and to tight deadline and on your own initiative.
