Are you a dedicated HR professional looking to join a lovely company with a family feel? I am exclusively supporting a Liverpool company who are seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to become an integral part of their wonderful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support in employee relations, recruitment, and the onboarding of new starters.
- Facilitate engaging induction programs and contribute to training and development initiatives.
- Ensure effective performance management processes are in place.
- Manage HR data and MI reporting to support decision-making.
- Be the right-hand support to the Office Manager, assisting with various HR functions and day-to-day operations.
About You
- You possess a minimum of 2 years of HR experience and hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
- Your up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices allows you to navigate changes with ease.
- As an excellent communicator, you build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- You take a flexible approach to work, are willing to roll up your sleeves, and tackle challenges head-on.
- Being a people person is essential; you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy helping others.
