Are you a HR professional available to take on a maternity contract for a large public sector Liverpool based organisation?

We are currently recruiting for a this role, ideally looking to start in the next few weeks. We are looking for someone with a background in HR who can support with all generalist HR tasks.

Hours of work are 37 per week and can be flexible 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm.

Salary is £14ph plus holiday pay.

The role is mainly office based and some travel (only round Merseyside) may be required.

  • Supporting the HR team with all general queries.
  • Answering an emails or calls coming through.
  • Updating staff details and keeping trackers.
  • Sending out any HR related communications.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding new staff.
  • Producing any documents needed for HR and recruitment related reports.
  • Assisting management in meetings.
  • Administration and support for disciplinaries, appraisals, and general investigations where required.
  • Working with HR related systems.

Experience / skillsets we are looking for do include -

  • You will have a couple of years HR experience.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified but this isn’t essential.
  • Strong IT skills, MS Office proficient.
  • Highly organised with good communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Personable and able to interact with all staff.
  • You will either have an enhanced DBS on the update system or be happy to be put through one.
