As an HR Consultant, you will provide operational HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily SMEs across the North West. This role is perfect for someone with strong employee relations (ER) experience, confident in chairing ER meetings and liaising with senior leaders and business owners. With a varied and dynamic workload, no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational HR support to clients across various sectors, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Chair ER meetings, offering expert advice on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Deliver bespoke training sessions for management teams.
  • Liaise directly with business owners and senior management to provide exceptional service.
  • Adapt to the varied nature of consultancy work, ensuring client service levels are consistently maintained.

About You:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong background in employee relations with proven experience chairing ER meetings.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable with travel across the region (own transport essential).
