We're looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to join our team. You'llperform business administrative duties within our recruitment team including resourcing for candidates, working on phone and email, elements of customer service, and some marketing and administration.

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Candidate attraction & marketing: producing social media content, producing email marketing to candidates inc automation, advertising vacancies, visiting job fairs/centres, speaking to candidates on phone, and interviewing candidates for suitability.
  • Candidate placement: fulfilling compliance procedures, maintaining candidate relationships through 'touchpoints - i.e., keeping in touch via email marketing, and phone work.

Desired skills/qualifications:

  • Communication - strong speaking and writing skills, sales, customer service, and IT skills.
  • A people person with strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • GCSE A*-C English and Maths.

Future prospects:

  • Progression to resourcer > recruitment consultant or administrator
