Are you an experienced ICT Analyst looking for a temporary contract? We have an exciting opportunity based in Liverpool city centre, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Our client is seeking an IT professional with expertise in Service Desk support and ITIL methodology. If you are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first point of contact support, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate team.
  • Handle Service Desk telephone calls in a professional manner, ensuring quality customer service.
  • Manage open calls, ensuring efficient resolution, regular customer updates, and appropriate escalation.
  • Take responsibility for managing user accounts and email filtering promptly, while adhering to the agreed escalation process.
  • Contribute to the effective delivery, support, and administration of mobile phones and tablet devices.
  • Stay informed about ICT priorities, service delivery standards, and adhere to established guidance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a Service Desk using ITIL methodology.
  • Good knowledge of ICT systems and user account management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
