Your role:
- First point of contact for end user application and support issues
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Manage, document, resolve and escalate tickets on the system
- Communicate and update status of tickets to relevant stakeholders
- Provide remote and on-site support for users across the business
- Support on projects, upgrades and maintenance work
- System, process and report optimisation
- Travel to other sites when required
Experience to flourish:
- Minimum 2 years working in an IT Support role
- Confident working with Microsoft applications
- Worked with a ticketing system and reporting tools
- Self-starter and able to manage own workload effectively
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Full clean UK driving licence
Benefits and rewards:
- Salary of up to 28,000
- Working office hours Monday to Friday
- 25-day holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension 3% employer and 5% employee
- Based at Liverpool, predominantly remote with travel to this site and others when required
