We're looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic MSP team! Key Responsibilities:* Provide advanced technical support for Hardware and Software issues * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues* Provide technical support for networking, infrastructure and Cloud technology * Delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to go above and beyond* Hands on technical problem solving approach. * Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a methodical way Key Skills:* 3+ Years MSP experience * Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra ID* Office 365 and Exchange experience (2016 & 2019)* Advanced in managing and troubleshooting VoIP Systems * Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware)* Understanding of Networking - working with Routers, Switches, Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and general support and troubleshooting. * Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and WAN/LAN Tech* Experience or Understanding of PowerShell Scripting (Desirable)
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working) Work Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday Salary: £35k - £45k DOE
