Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful IT Service Desk Analyst will join a collaborative team, based at the client’s UK head office in Liverpool. This company offers an outstanding work-life balance with a 35-hour working week and hybrid working options. You'll typically be required to work in the office once a week, ensuring a flexible and supportive environment.
Essential skills:- IT support experience in a law firm- MS365 & AzureAD- Knowledge of relevant legal applications- Excellent communication skills- Really personable character
