As IT Senior Service Analyst, you will support users across the globe, providing a high level of service with a customer-centric approach.
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 4 years working in this role or similar
- Active Directory, Windows 10, Intune, Office 365, GPO, SCCM
- Scripting with PowerShell
- Worked in an ITIL driven, fast-paced, environment
- Running Backups and Restores
- Strong people and communication skills
