IT Business Partner

Your new roleWe are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to act as the primary liaison between our IT department and business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technology and business processes, and will be responsible for ensuring that IT services align with the needs of the business. You will:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Work with IT teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure that IT projects are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT services and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

• Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management and change management.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
