My client, an award-winning financial services company, is looking for a temporary Complaints Administrator to support with workload for approx 4 weeks.
You will be joining the Complaints Commission team and will be supporting with data entry and processing of caseloads. To be considered for this role, you must have recent and previous administrative experience, ideally within a financial services environment. Your attention to detail will be key to this role, and you will be a team player whilst being able to work on your own. The ability to pick up new systems quickly will ensure you can hit the ground running. This position is a temporary role for 4 weeks with the potential for extension. Hours are full-time, and you will be able to utilise a hybrid model once confident with systems.
