As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation of all dispatch and goods in paperwork.

Duties

  • Goods in / dispatch documentation
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, including briefing and debriefing drivers
  • Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movements
  • Assist warehouse and transport teams with administration
  • Monitoring and escalating issues with the WMS

Qualifications

  • Essential - Administration experience
  • Essential - Communication skills - Written and verbal
  • Preferable - Solid understanding of warehouse operations and transport administration
  • Preferable - Proficiency in using WMS/TMS
