Conveyancing Executive

Our client is a multi-discipline legal firm based in Liverpool, serving both individuals and businesses. They pride themselves on offering cost effective, industry-leading advice and putting their clients first at all times. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Executive to join their property team.

Duties

  • Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
  • Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You

  • You must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing files in a legal environment
  • Qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to run a full conveyancing caseload from inception to completion with minimal to no supervision
  • Knowledge around all aspects of Residential Property law
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated
