They are currently recruiting personal injury lawyers to handle their own caseload of minor traumatic brain injury claims predominantly resulting from road traffic accidents. This role offers plenty of hybrid flexibility.Your new roleThis RTA Lawyer role will see you handle your own personal injury caseload of minor traumatic brain injuries valued up to £80,000. You will manage your own caseload of 150 files from cradle to grave. The majority of claims will result from road traffic accidents, but you may also be expected to handle EL/PL claims. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous personal injury experience. You must have experience running your own caseload of portal, OIC fast and/or intermediate track claims. This role requires excellent client care skills as you will be expected to keep in regular contact with clients, updating them on a regular basis.
