A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking for a balanced caseload in a supportive environment with hybrid working options. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with minimal supervision.
  • Handle a variety of matters, including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds.
  • Conduct title checks and raise relevant enquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Maintain accurate case files in accordance with firm procedures and legal standards.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth progression of cases.
  • Stay updated with changes in residential property law and best practices.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC (5+ PQE preferred).
  • Proven experience in residential property law, with the ability to independently manage a full caseload.
  • MUST be able to conduct title checks efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to handle a caseload without requiring excessive supervision.
  • Strong communication and client care skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Ideally, experience working in a less high-volume environment where quality is prioritized over quantity.
