A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. Key Responsibilities:- Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with minimal supervision.
- Handle a variety of matters, including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds.
- Conduct title checks and raise relevant enquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate case files in accordance with firm procedures and legal standards.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth progression of cases.
- Stay updated with changes in residential property law and best practices.
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC (5+ PQE preferred).
- Proven experience in residential property law, with the ability to independently manage a full caseload.
- MUST be able to conduct title checks efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to handle a caseload without requiring excessive supervision.
- Strong communication and client care skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ideally, experience working in a less high-volume environment where quality is prioritized over quantity.
