Job Duties:- Applying finishing touches to construction projects
- Sanding, painting, and varnishing surfaces
- Repairing any imperfections in surfaces
- Ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects
- Proven experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength for manual labour
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:- Knowledge of various finishing techniques
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills
- Vocational training in finishing or related field
- Health and Safety certification
- Fast-paced construction environment
- Exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noises
- Physical demands including standing, bending, and lifting
