Legal Finance Assistant We are excited to share that we are working with a highly reputable growing law firm based in Liverpool. They are looking to recruit a Legal Finance Assistant to join their expanding finance department and will report to the Legal Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Outgoing Client and Office Payments
- Incoming client money
- Daily HMLR
- Banking
- Cheque Printing
- Incoming Card Payments
- Petty Cash
- Cover Purchase Ledger
- Assist team with slip postings
- Adhoc tasks
Required Experience/Skills
- Competent computer skills including Proclaim, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Numerical and literacy skills
- Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Accuracy
- Flexibility to include paid overtime when the department requires.
