Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established law firm's fantastic Private Client team on the outskirts of Liverpool. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a highly reputable law firm working with high-net-worth clients. Role Responsibilities

As the incoming Private Client Paralegal, you will be assisting the Solicitors with their caseload, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals, ensuring a high standard of client care
  • Assisting clients in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents
  • Drafting and administering probate applications and supporting estate administration
  • Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
  • Conducting legal research and providing support to fee earners
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements
  • Managing a caseload efficiently, taking a proactive approach to progressing matters
  • Keeping clients informed throughout the process, delivering advice with professionalism and sensitivity
  • Assisting the team with general administrative tasks as needed

About You

Are you an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant seeking a new role opportunity in Liverpool? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
