We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic Probate and Wills Department in St Helens. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for law and a desire to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors with case preparation and management.
  • Conduct legal research and draft documents.
  • Liaise with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
  • Manage and organise case files and legal documents.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a paralegal role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of probate and wills law - ideally.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
