A well established Liverpool City Centre based law firm are currently looking to expand their Credit Hire team and are looking for Credit Hire Litigators and Credit Hire Legal Assistant’s to join at this exciting time. They are looking for passionate and driven individuals with previous credit hire experience who are determined individual who is committed to delivering exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes.

The role

  1. Manage a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track credit hire cases, under supervision where needed
  2. Handle a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases
  3. Ensure compliance with court directions and orders
  4. Adhere to internal instructions and those from supervisors in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain regular communication and provide updates to the credit hire company.
  6. Negotiate settlements and work to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
