The role
- Manage a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track credit hire cases, under supervision where needed
- Handle a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases
- Ensure compliance with court directions and orders
- Adhere to internal instructions and those from supervisors in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular communication and provide updates to the credit hire company.
- Negotiate settlements and work to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
