This role requires experience in family law, particularly public law care proceedings, and proficiency in case management systems, court portals, and legal aid portals. Responsibilities include managing file administration, working with the Legal Aid Agency's CMS, liaising with chambers, solicitors, and other professional partners, and assisting solicitors as needed. Engaging with clients and third parties is also a key part of this role.Relevant experience as a Paralegal in family law, excellent customer service and communication skills, are all pre-requisites for candidates, and the firm is seeking candidates with the ambition to progress within the firm.
