An award-winning law firm with a prestigious history is seeking a dedicated Family Paralegal to join their expanding team at one of their 4 office locations across the Merseyside / Cheshire area.  This forward-thinking firm is known for its client-focused approach and its commitment to excellence in family law.The successful candidate will support and assist Fee Earners in the highly experienced childcare team. This role requires experience in family law, particularly public law care proceedings, and proficiency in case management systems, court portals, and legal aid portals. Responsibilities include managing file administration, working with the Legal Aid Agency's CMS, liaising with chambers, solicitors, and other professional partners, and assisting solicitors as needed.
